BULLET LISTS:
This is the default setting for most browsers. However, you can also specify them as "disc" as in <ul type="disc">

Note: the list will be single-spaced, unless you use two or more line-break tags (<br />).
CIRCLE LISTS:
Both MSNTV and computers can "see" this. But unless you make the circles font size="7," MSN TV users probably won't notice the open centers. Scroll down to the link for "Colored Lists" to learn how to do this.
