SPECIAL TABLE EFFECTS 2 OVERLAPPING TABLES (for MSNTV only)!

The 3 nested tables below share: cellpadding="15" and width="344". height="70" is specified only for the 2nd and 3rd tables. Only the 3rd (inner) table has closing tags. CAUTION: If an image, text or scope is put inside the 3rd table, then the 2 outer tables also close themselves and there is no over-lapping! So to make the image, text or scope look like it's part of this type of table, use CSS for positioning. You can NOT put anything else on a page below this type of table! If the textarea box were placed below these tables, it would be enclosed by the darker 2nd table.
