Extra TR TD Tags

SPECIAL TABLE EFFECTS 1 EXTRA <TR> AND <TD> TAGS (for MSNTV only)!

ADD ONE OR MORE EXTRA SETS OF <TR><TD> AND SOME CELLPADDING (in this case 20)!

The table marked "0" is a plain table.
The table with the extra set is marked "1."
The table with "2" beneath it has 2 extra sets.
The "3" table has 3 extra sets!

As you can see, these extra sets plus the width of the cellpadding greatly affect the way the browser translates the table.

NOTE: There is no extra set(s) of closing tags to match the extra opening set(s).

HORIZONTAL EFFECT: Just exchange the values of the heights and widths.
The first has no extra <tr> <td> tags;
The second has one extra set.
The third has two extra sets.
The effect is entirely different.

CAUTION: If you put an image, text or scope inside the inner table cell, the result will look like an ordinary table! To preserve this extra <tr><td> effect, you must use CSS to position the image, text or scope.
