Customizing MSNTV ROM Buttons <(/textarea)>

Tired of having to use those plain gray, black or white MSNTV ROM buttons? Ever wished you could color them or do other effects with them? Look closely at the two buttons above. Can you see them, now that you know they're there? A guy whose nic is Scorpio, showed me this trick some time ago. I'm not sure I understand this at all, but it does give the desired effect. You can chose any background image and any ROM button style.
