The Font Tag

(1-7, 7 being largest)

The H Tag

<h1>(1-6, 6 being smallest)</h1>

The H-tag renders text bold automatically and also seems to position the text closer to the top of a table cell than the font or span tags do.

The Span Style Tag

(xx-small, x-small, small, medium, large, x-large, xx-large)

If you want bold text:



For MSN TV, put the bold first, then the size with only a space between. And do not use tags with this span tag--for MSN TV only.

If you must use , then write the span tag this way:

With MSN TV, each set can "see" only 6 of the 7 sizes! Depending on the update version, the newer versions see 5 and 6 the same; the older versions see 3 and 4 the same. Default size for MSN TV is font size=3. Computer default is usually 3, but the user can change that. Remember, size is relative, not absolute, and this is explained on the first page.

There are other attributes you can add to each of these tags, but this is about size only.
