Color Playground by Flo JS BUG! PLEASE RELOAD!
Color is lots of fun to play around and experiment with. Some of the following pages make use of gradangles that ONLY are "seen" by MSN-TV's browser, not computer browsers. I advise MSN-TV users to study how to create grandangles, if you are not familiar with them. Here is a tutorial: Gradangles: Which Way Do the Colors Go?

The following links will take you to pages dealing with various aspects of color play. These are ideas for you to try, not really tutorials.

  1. Merging Reversed Hex Color Codes
This page contains charts using two hex color codes having the order of the numbers and letters reversed. Gradations in between these two opposites are shown. For both computers and MSN-TV.

  2. Inverse or Opposite Colors
This page features a different way of producing opposites. For both computers and MSN-TV.

  3. Color Mixes Using Transparency
On this page we learn how to overlap several colors to produce new and unusual colors. This page is for MSN-TV users only.

  4. Merging Colors into One Another
The merges on this page use gradangles to make smooth color transitions. This page is for MSN-TV users only.

  5. Converting Codes From One Color System To Another
This is for those of you who want to understand how the different color coding systems relate to each other. When you understand this, you'll be able to do some quick calculations to convert from hex to RGB. For both computers and MSN-TV.

Please check back from time to time. I hope to add more fun stuff about colors.
