Look under the Enhance tab to find Level. This tool is very useful for increasing the contrast in a high key image which has little contrast. This tool also gives control over the mid-tones value. Sometimes Sigmoidal Contrast and/or Contrast-Stretch will give better results. So try both before deciding.
